We complete full onboarding in 48 hours or less. This includes EHR/PM system integration, staff introductions, workflow documentation, and credential verification. We've designed our onboarding to cause zero disruption to your billing operations.

Which EHR and practice management systems do you work with? +

We work with all major EHR and PM systems including Epic, Athenahealth, AdvancedMD, Kareo, Greenway, Meditech, eClinicalWorks, DrChrono, and many others. We adapt to your existing workflows rather than asking you to change systems.

How is Accuix RCM priced? +

We offer three pricing models: Dedicated FTE (flat monthly fee per specialist), Percentage-of-Collections (typically 4–8% based on volume), and à la carte per-service pricing. We'll recommend the best model after understanding your practice's volume and needs.

Is our patient data safe with Accuix RCM? +

Absolutely. Every team member undergoes comprehensive HIPAA training and signs BAAs. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using AES-256 standards. We conduct quarterly security audits and maintain strict access controls for all patient information.

What kind of reporting will we receive? +

You receive a real-time dashboard with daily updates plus formal monthly reports covering: collections by payer, denial rate by reason code, days in A/R, first-pass acceptance rate, and recovery performance vs. prior periods. Custom reporting is available.

Do you handle credentialing for new practices? +

Yes. Our credentialing team handles new provider enrollment, re-credentialing, CAQH management, and group enrollments with Medicare, Medicaid, and all major commercial payers. We provide status updates throughout the process and typically complete commercial enrollments in 60–90 days.
